No smoking will be allowed during the Maine bar examination. A separate smoking area will not be provided and applicants will not be allowed to leave the examination room to smoke. There will be a break each day for lunch, at which time applicants must leave the examination room and are therefore free to smoke at any location where smoking is permitted.
