The following regulation is effective immediately.
All applications received by the Maine Board of Bar Examiners after the applicable application deadline set forth in the Maine Bar Admission Rules will be subject to a late fee.
Applications received within seven calendar days of the applicable application deadline set forth in the Maine Bar Admission Rules will be subject to a late fee of $150.00.
Applications received after the seventh calendar day following the applicable application deadline set forth in the Maine Bar Admission Rules will be subject to a late fee of $300.00.
The Board will not accept for filing any application that is received in its offices more than fourteen calendar days after the applicable application deadline.
Late Fees paid to the Maine Board of Bar Examiners are not refundable pursuant to Maine Bar Admission Rule 6(c).
